Who we are

What we collect

• Property address, purchase date and purchase price you enter
• On the free check or a paid report: the income band, dwelling type, contract timing and other scenario inputs you enter, stored so we can email the illustration you asked for
• Modelled estimate outputs generated for your Investor Impact Report
• Payment status via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• If you register interest in valuer introductions: full name, email, mobile, optional preferred contact time and notes
• Technical data such as IP address for rate limiting and security

Why we collect it

• To provide the paid Investor Impact Report you request
• To process payment and prevent abuse
• If you opt in: to pass your contact details and relevant property context to independent valuers so they can provide obligation-free quotes
• To improve reliability and support (including refunds)

Who we disclose information to

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database hosting (project region: Sydney / Oceania, Australia)
• HtAG Analytics — property data used to generate modelled estimates (address submitted to obtain an estimate). Data is sourced from HtAG Analytics in accordance with their attribution requirements (developer.htagai.com).
• Resend — transactional email (e.g. internal lead notifications)
• Independent property valuers — only if you submit the valuer quote request form. We send your name, email, mobile, property address and related report context to a small number of valuers covering your area so they can contact you about a quote.

We do not sell personal information. We do not pass lead details to valuers unless you submit the quote request form.

Storage and security

Application data is stored in Supabase in the Sydney region. Access to customer tables is restricted to server-side service credentials. Payment card data is handled by Stripe.

Access and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing the contact above. We will respond within a reasonable period. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes (for example payment records).

Overseas disclosure

Some subprocessors (for example payment or email infrastructure) may process data outside Australia. Where that occurs, it is for the purpose of operating the service you requested.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
